Fletcher Fine Properties was originally founded in 1998 by licensed real estate broker Jay Alan Fletcher in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Previous to studying real estate law and ethics he enjoyed life as a fine art dealer and gallery owner in Santa Fe New Mexico and Palm Springs California.
